If the apartment is $600, your monthly income must be at least $1,500.
I found a place I want to rent, what do I do?
Contact the caretaker for a showing. Then fill out the application, which is available here. Be sure to also read our policies on that page too. After that bring it to the office to fill out the lease. Also bring 2 checks: the security deposit and application fee.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes! We accept rent online through PayPal.
What is Renter’s Insurance?
Rental insurance is highly recommended, but no required.
I’m a student or just starting out, can I have a cosigner?
Yes, we can accept cosigners that meet all background check requirements.
What about pets?
